More Exercise Goal Types

It would be nice to have more goals for exercises. For example, instead of 30 minutes exercise daily, it would be cool to focus on something like:

- “Run 10 miles weekly”
- “Run 3x a week for at least 30 minutes”
- “Bike at least 1 hour a week”
